The project aimed to improve digital literacy and online safety skills among adults with intellectual disabilities, enhance the accessibility of digital tools and content used within the organisation, and foster greater inclusion and active participation of people with disabilities in digital environments. The mobility activities in Turkey provided the structured international training context to pursue all three objectives simultaneously.
KEEPEA “Horizons” is a non-profit association based in Ilioupoli, with long experience in education and support for people with intellectual disabilities. The project responded to the need to strengthen beneficiaries’ basic digital skills, safe internet use and more accessible digital participation.
