By implementing the project,we aimed through observing the work of the host organization to learn to respond to every kind of diversity such as ethnicity,culture,gender,etc to acquire skills,tools,get to know good practices and exchange experiences regarding how we can become more inclusive in our activities in a way that will be clearly perceived by the beneficiaries of our activities and our public and learn how we can communicate to the public the necessity of inclusion and diversity respect.
The members of our Organization are interested in their continuous training and development of skills in order to be constantly informed and able to offer the beneficiaries of our activities positive and long-term results.
