We designed and implemented this plan because today more than ever issues are emerging regarding the protection of children's rights and the readjustment of educational programs. Preschool educators remain the main helpers in this effort, since they are the key people who are called upon to design, develop and implement modern programs in the educational process, a fact that can be achieved through transnational programs.
By choosing the Early Childhood Teaching Assistant major, we sought to enrich students' existing knowledge with skills related to contemporary social issues such as multiculturalism. The students' needs related to the acquisition of knowledge related to the new social environment such as a) the management of multiculturalism in preschool age and b) the principles of inclusion with emphasis on preschool children.
