We would like to better approach real world applied aspects of VET, showcasing to our learners a honest depiction of workplaces, workflows, best practices followed and well implemented uses of technology in their Specialties. On the other axis, we would like them to understand that under the common EU identity different persons, with varying dexterities, backgrounds and wishes can travel, work and live together fostering common prosperity.
Our Schooling Organization applied because we wanted to benefit our learners' VET and bring them closer to an ever evolving unified labor market that is constantly changing and workplace's demands vary. Also, we wanted our students to be exposed to different cultures, habits and customs, widening their views by bringing closer alternate ways of thinking. By travelling with unsimilar persons and meeting more in the hosting country, we wanted to outline that diversity is inherent in our societies.
