We aimed to facilitate a smooth transition for students with disabilities into the labor market. Key objectives included providing practical training in Mechanical Engineering and Food Technology for apprenticeships and developing creative entrepreneurship skills for self-reliance. By offering internships mobility in Spain, we sought to boost students' self-confidence and professional readiness, ultimately reducing unemployment and promoting social inclusion for our graduates.
The graduates of our school face the severe problem of unemployment in a highly competitive work environment due to their special needs and disabilities. Teachers of the school, recognizing these challenges, try to prepare our graduates for a successful transition to working life through apprenticeship placements in companies and ongoing training in entrepreneurship that enable them to develop specific skills and practical experiences that increase their employment opportunities in labor market.
