Our primary goal in implementing this project was to inspire young individuals to lead active and healthy lives while harnessing the potential of online tools like virtual glasses. By the end of the youth exchange, we aimed to foster a deep understanding of how technology could be integrated into daily routines to promote physical and mental well-being. A central objective was to cultivate digital literacy among participants. We intended to provide them with comprehensive training on using virtual glasses and other online tools safely and responsibly. This included understanding privacy concerns and ethical considerations related to technology use. Additionally, our project sought to encourage social interaction among young people. We wanted participants to connect, collaborate, and engage in both virtual and real-life activities. By creating a supportive community, we hoped to combat feelings of isolation and promote a sense of belonging. Lastly, we aimed to empower youth to become advocates for healthy living in their communities. Through workshops and discussions, we equipped them with the knowledge and motivation to share their experiences and inspire others to embrace an active and balanced lifestyle, leveraging online tools to enhance their well-being. Our project supported those goals by setting specific objectives. It increased awareness of maintaining a healthy lifestyle among participants and developed their competences. It educated young people about healthy habits, digital skills, and how they could use technology to improve in different aspects of life. It made young people aware of the factors that positively and negatively impacted health. It motivated them to become more active and engaged in society when it came to solving crucial health issues such as obesity through different tools. It helped participants and the public become more considerate towards health. It enhanced creativity skills. It created awareness of different health situations in the chosen countries among participants. It presented and exchanged cultures. Finally, it created awareness about Erasmus+ projects among participants and the public.
