On July 2022 passed on UN the resolution for"The right to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment is also linked to other rights and parts of existing international human rights law. Human beings are indivisible, so human rights are considered interrelated, inter-dependent and mutually reinforcing as well. Realizing a clean, healthy and sustainable environment requires sustained efforts to keep working environments free from accidents, injuries and diseases; applying a “just transition” logic which avoids trade-offs between the human right to work and the human right to a healthy environment; and protect biodiversity by supporting indigenous peoples’ livelihoods".Since the beginning of time, the Earth's climate has been in perpetual flux. However, since the Industrial Revolution, people have been causing greenhouse gas emissions to provide energy for their modern lives, causing the average temperature in the atmosphere to rise. The fact that temperature rises have been above normal since the 1800s has harmed the natural equilibrium; it has resulted in the melting of glaciers, warming of the oceans, soil drying, increased forest fires, and ecosystem loss over time. The environmental change at such a rapid rate as a result of rising global warming that living organisms are unable to adapt. As a result, the global situation has evolved into a climate catastrophe rather than a climate shift. According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), our globe should not rise more than 1,5°C. However, if current greenhouse gas emissions continue, this limit will be exceeded by 2052, according to the analysis, and surpassing this limit will have far-reaching consequences.Thousands of tons of glaciers are melting right now, rising sea levels and flooding coastal cities. In this context, we want to raise youth workers understanding and sensitivity to both the climate issue and the human rights violations that it has produced. In this sense, our precise objectives are as follows: 1. To educate youth workers on the causes and consequences of the global warming-caused climate problem. 2.To inform on green job opportunities; what green jobs are, what they can be in the immediate present and future and why they are essential. 3.To raise environmental awareness among young people and youth organizations on ecological issues concerning environmental protection and sustainability. 4.Developing learning and training opportunities for green skills; 5. Adapting and developing skills for a sustainable future;Share common challenges and concerns. 6.To promote success stories related to green jobs and their connection to youth work. 7. Focus on the possibilities that Erasmus+/Youth Programme priority of environment and fight against climate change can have. 8.To meet youth workers (locally and internationally) who are interested/involved in the topic of green jobs in order to map different points of views, demands and realities. 9.Strengthen cooperation between different stakeholders, encourage the building of partnerships and possible future cooperation. As results of all above will be raising youth workers and young people's drive to take personal responsibility in order to avoid a climate calamity by learning green skills and adopting green behaviours and lifestyle choices that contribute to a green economy and more sustainable communities
