The lingering effects of the financial crisis continue to manifest in high rates of youth unemployment across Europe. This poses significant threats to both individual well-being and the broader economy, hindering social and economic cohesion. Our project aims to tackle this issue by increasing youth participation in the labor market and aligning with European Youth Goal 7, which focuses on quality employment for all young people. Our goals include enhancing job opportunities, ensuring fair working conditions and rights, providing social protection, combating discrimination, and facilitating skill development and recognition. Through vocational training, job creation initiatives, policy reforms, and support services, we seek to address the multifaceted challenges of youth unemployment comprehensively.
