The project aims to: 1. improve the skills & competences of the partners staff on digital literacy, intercultural dialogue and cultural exchange, social inequalities and social inclusion, and active citizenship, leading to their personal and professional growth 2. improve the networking among the partners through cooperation and sharing their expertise and previous experience on the project development and implementation 3. raise awareness on the importance of the european values
