The project incorporates two main goals in response to the challenges and requirements identified in the Adult Education program of IES Padre Suárez. Specific needs related to multiculturalism and the improvement of teacher training have been recognized. With these points in mind, our center aims to address these needs and proposes a series of objectives aimed at implementing training actions among teachers.
At IES Padre Suárez, we offer Adult Education programs, catering to a wide range of students. We believe it is crucial that our teaching staff is well-trained to meet the educational needs of this diverse student profile. The purpose of this project is to conduct training activities aimed at enhancing skills by exploring methodological models from other countries and areas such as multicultural management.
