1. Reduce the digital divide by promoting safe internet use and digital integration in students’ daily lives. 2. Enhance social interaction beyond the classroom, fostering independence, and increasing awareness of other Programmes for Adults. 3. Strengthen English language skills and promoting cultural immersion, with participation in ERASMUS mobility as the ultimate goal. 4. Expand AUNEX’s educational offer through international online collaboration and cross-border partnerships.
The project was implemented within the framework of the University Programme for people aged 55 and over (AUNEX) at Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH). Students had long been requesting the opportunity to take part in an ERASMUS+ mobility programme. The university was able to make this initiative possible thanks to the extensive expertise of UMH’s Service of International Relations and Cooperation in the management of international mobility projects.
