USIE hopes to observe and compare the strengths of the adult education system with European partners in order to identify its own weaknesses. The main objective is to find and apply good digital practices that facilitate the acquisition of key skills in adults with difficulties attending face-to-face classes. The results include a Guide to Good Practices, improved professional performance by teachers and an efficient response to geographical dispersion.
The Trade Union of Education Inspectors (USIE), a non-profit organisation founded in 1978, represents inspectors in Spain. Its project seeks to improve key skills in adults through digitalisation, responding to challenges of work-life balance and migration crises. Through observation mobility in five countries, the team will develop a Guide of Good Practices to optimise teaching and overcome geographical barriers.
