The project’s main objective was to enhance the employability of VET learners through work placements in European companies. It also aimed to support the personal and professional development of staff through job-shadowing and the exchange of good practices. In addition, the project has expanded the centre’s European partner network, strengthened the international dimension of VET programmes and increased the attractiveness of the institution.
Politeknika Txorierri is a VET centre committed to internationalisation and continuous improvement. This KA122 has been the first independently managed mobility project for Upper Secondary VET and enabled placements in European companies for learners and staff. The project strengthened professional competences and reinforced the international strategy of the centre.
