We aimed to strengthen students’ professional, linguistic, and intercultural competences through practical experience in European kitchens. The project sought to enhance employability, address skill gaps in the Hostelry and Kitchen sector, and promote environmental awareness. It also aimed to improve teachers’ pedagogical methods, expand European partnerships, and foster inclusion, cultural exchange, and lifelong learning values among all participants.

Background

Rooted in inclusivity and environmental awareness, we actively participate in Erasmus+ projects to enhance students’ employability, intercultural understanding, and English proficiency, fostering European cooperation and sustainability.
