Through the project “GO FURTHER!”, IES Justo Millán strengthened VET teachers’ competences in Erasmus+ project management, promoted the exchange of good practices to improve the quality of teaching and learning, enhanced teachers’ digital competences, and fostered the professional and personal development of participants through training and work experiences abroad.
IES Justo Millán applied for this project to address several identified challenges: improving educational quality and attracting more students, involving the VET department in the Erasmus+ programme, tackling coexistence issues and interpersonal conflicts among students, strengthening the digital competences of VET teachers, and improving students’ English level and transversal skills.
