It is expected to improve the employability and personal growth of ECOTUR students through educational plans in our school supported by international activities where we want the Erasmus+ program to be a cornerstone. What will help us to achieve such a main goal is to involve all students and staff in the internationalizing program in which the students become participants of an Erasmus+ project that will increase their level of professionalism, their transversal abilities and skills and ultimat
We are requesting this project to offer mobilities of students of Cooking and Gastronomy and certificates of professionalism in cooking with a duration of 1 and 3 months to carry out internships in companies. We also intend to carry out mobilities of personnel for the realization of training courses in the kitchen sector. For the participants we foresee an improvement in their professional skills and an improvement in one foreign language (possibly two: English and Italian) and a personal growt
