We hope to participate in an international exchange program to enhance our teaching skills and apply them in the classroom or school.By sharing what we've learned with the educational community,we aim to generate a positive impact and inspire other teachers to collaborate on Erasmus+ projects. We also wanted to learn how other schools with students similar to ours work to motivate them to complete their studies, as well as see how they integrate them into the workforce through vocational training
The school is located in a disadvantaged neighborhood with 750 students from low-income families of diverse ethnic backgrounds (Spanish, North African, and Latin American). It offers compulsory secondary education (ESO), upper secondary education (Bachillerato), and vocational training (FP). The parents' level of education is either basic or nonexistent. Most vocational training students show a lack of motivation to complete their qualifications, and their parents also appear to lack motivation.
