Objectives

The project aimed to consolidate the internationalisation of the school in Vocational Education and Training by continuing the mobility activities started in previous projects. It also sought to learn about other European educational systems in order to support the implementation of the new VET law and improve educational quality. In addition, the project aimed to strengthen the network of European partners and promote ErasmusPro mobilities to enhance students’ employability and autonomy.

Background

The Salesian School “San Luis Rey”, founded in 1963, provides education from Primary School to Basic, Intermediate and Higher Vocational Education and Training. The project focused on Basic and Intermediate VET students, many of them with fewer opportunities or at risk of social exclusion. Erasmus+ has promoted the internationalisation of the school, improved students’ employability, enhanced knowledge of other educational systems and strengthened the network of European partners.
