Objectives

Our institution aims to improve and update our teaching methodologies. Furthermore, by facilitating student stays in another European country, we aim to help them enhance their professional and personal skills, increase their employability, and develop autonomy, adaptability, and personal maturity. Furthermore, this mobility has also sought to improve students' foreign language skills. For our part, the faculty currently face challenges related to the use of outdated pedagogical tools and a low level of engagement from disadvantaged students. The implementation of this project is essential to overcome these shortcomings and modernize our daily educational practices through European cooperation. In addition, by carrying out the two pending staff mobility programs this academic year, we have considered the possibility of strengthening our partnership with Tomaz pelayo institute in Santo Tirso, in Portugal, a new and highly valuable partner for our organization and for the development of our Erasmus+ mobility programs, in accordance with the expectations described above. Ultimately, this project aims to drive systemic and sustainable change within our institution. By aligning our institutional objectives with the fundamental priorities of the European Union — inclusion, digital transformation, Green Erasmus and democratic participation — we aspire to transform our organizational culture and offer a high-quality educational environment that prepares our community to thrive in an increasingly globalized world.
