Project Equal Arts (EqArts), connects countries Spain, Italy and Ireland aiming at supporting Gender Equality balance, for Women aiming at managerial positions in the performing arts (PA). EqArts wants to develop new digital training tools, to support VET trainers and teachers in engaging their students, through real-life work worl based content, already aligned with the market needs; fostering Women's access to the field of Management in the PA.
