Promote the creation of Participatory Schools of Energy Culture, local and virtual, that contribute to the improvement of information (Energy Information Centre), education (Energy Education Program), and citizen participation, promoting acquisition of sustainable environmental competences, and promoting a clean, fair and participatory ecological transition at a local level through the development of participatory energy culture actions.
