During 2024, we implemented the mobilities we initially planned through four activities (two exchanges and two seminars). We have worked on the initially set objectives through the development of each of these activities, thus completing our plan for the year. Added to this is the youth participation activity with another 43 mobilities and a multiplier event for 40 participants. Although not included in this application, it was committed to in our 2024 plan for Erasmus+ accreditation and was also carried out appropriately. Completing our seven objectives. Objective 1: To create a more equal and inclusive society, young people are key players in this change and construction that society needs. Young people, like all people, have the responsibility, the duty, and the right to participate, to be heard, and to make decisions in the community and in our society. In particular, we want to educate young people in values so that they are aware and can participate freely. Objective 2: Through these socio-educational mobility projects, we help each participant develop certain key skills. Using different tools and techniques, we aim to raise awareness of these learnings so that they can later leverage them and put them into practice in their daily lives as well as in their professional lives. Thanks to these skills acquired and recognized in the informal sector, young people will have more professional opportunities in the future and will be better prepared for future challenges in society. Objective 3: We face the challenge of building a Europe based on values of respect, tolerance, and solidarity. Therefore, we want to educate young people in these values, and in turn, for them to multiply them. Thus, by being aware, learning, and sharing, we will be part of creating a more just, equal, and inclusive society. Objective 4: Become aware of the power we have as human beings to participate in social change, to realize our ideas, projects, and dreams. To achieve this, we first need self-knowledge, self-esteem, and personal confidence to be able to take the step. By working on personal development, we will have more aware, critical, and capable young people capable of creating a social impact. We will also foster collaborative work and cooperation to carry out these actions. Objective 5: By implementing mobility projects together with other European organizations, we aim to create networks among organizations and promote cooperation. We also aim to share these projects through the exchange of experiences, learning, knowledge, skills, and abilities, helping organizations develop our work with greater quality. We will be able to gain greater knowledge, gather ideas, and develop new skills to implement with youth and in non-formal education, as well as in other areas. Objective 6: Through mobility projects, these values are transversally developed with participants. They have the opportunity to learn about other cultures, break down prejudices and stereotypes, foster intercultural dialogue, and live together in respect and solidarity. Furthermore, all participants will be on equal footing, regardless of gender, culture, religion, diversity, and so on. We will also strive to ensure that young people have the same opportunities to participate, including young people with fewer opportunities. We face the challenge of building a Europe based on the values of sustainability, respect, tolerance, and solidarity. Therefore, we want to educate young people in these values, and in turn, for them to multiply them. Thus, by being aware, learning, and sharing, we will be part of creating a more just, egalitarian, sustainable, and inclusive society where human rights are respected. Goal 7: We live in an increasingly virtual world, and we need to keep up to date and be able to use these digital tools to face future social challenges. We seek to facilitate access to opportunities for all people through virtual means and to foster communication, collaboration, and learning through technological resources.
