"Empower Sustainability" is a non-formal education opportunity through which young people from different cultures can share their knowledge about sustainability and the environment. They will gain a deeper understanding of the current challenges and how they can contribute to protecting the Earth and its natural spaces. Participants will achieve greater competence in both sustainability and soft skills through the practical application of their knowledge and abilities. They will be motivated to develop future initiatives in intercultural and non-formal education, especially those linked to sustainability. Participating entities will also benefit, as they will have the opportunity to provide their members and young people from their local community with a chance for non-formal education and intercultural learning. This will increase their motivation to develop social initiatives in these communities. Additionally, they will have the chance to collaborate with other entities working in similar fields, allowing them to exchange knowledge and working methodologies that can be implemented in the project development. All of the aforementioned will have a positive impact on society and respective local communities. This exchange will contribute to raising awareness among youth regarding sustainability and motivate them to take an active role in society. The main objective is to raise awareness among young people in the field of sustainability and the environment, promoting the exchange of knowledge and their future involvement in raising awareness among others. The exchange of best practices, experiences, skills, and knowledge will allow young people to better understand the effects of climate change and pollution on the planet and nature, as well as existing initiatives to combat them. In addition to the specific theme of the project, the intercultural learning component and coexistence among participants are of special relevance as methods of promoting tolerance and equality. To achieve this, the project will work through non-formal education, creating a space for knowledge exchange among participants. They will have the opportunity to share their knowledge and develop dynamics for the other youngsters. This will take place in an intercultural context where the participants' cultures will play an essential role. Participants will have the time and tools necessary to reflect on and be aware of the learnings achieved and the importance of their active involvement in society.
