The overarching aim of our project is to address the challenges brought by the pandemic and its impact on the well-being of young individuals. We aim to achieve the following objectives: Rediscovering joy in sports and nature: Empower participants to reconnect with the joy of sports, spending time outdoors, and appreciating the positive impact of nature on mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Fostering healthy habits: Encourage the development of new, healthy habits by leveraging the power of group motivation. Emphasize the importance of community and accountability partners in sustaining these habits for the long term. Exploring diverse sports opportunities: Introduce participants to a minimum of 10 different sports, providing diverse physical environments to explore. The goal is to help individuals discover sports that align with their personalities, preferences, and living environments. Introducing the mindfulness techniques: Facilitate the exploration and understanding of at least five mindfulness techniques. These techniques, including guided meditation, breathing exercises, journaling, body scan, and the raisin exercise, will enrich and improve participants' personal and professional lives by incorporating them into their daily routines. The project recognizes the challenges faced by young people, such as feelings of isolation, neglect of physical health, and the struggle to adapt to the changing global landscape. By combining the benefits of sports, nature, and mindfulness, we aim to empower participants in building resilience, forming supportive habits, and fostering a conscious and healthy approach to their overall well-being. Through collaborative efforts, we aspire to contribute positively to the lives of young individuals and promote a holistic understanding of health and self-awareness. Besides, the youth exchange itself will provide an opportunity to create new long-lasting friendships and collaborations for the future. The organizer team fully supports the young people in the achievement of their ideas even as a part of a new youth exchange in the future.
