"One Soul" is a youth exchange where 23 participants from 3 different countries will live together for 10 days in the midst of nature, focusing on health and well-being. The aim is to explore and share activities, exercises, and dynamics related to holistic health, delving into practices that strengthen our mental, physical, emotional, social, and ecological well-being. Throughout this exchange, we will engage in activities related to nutrition, responsible consumption, outdoor activities, permaculture, yoga, meditation, forest bathing, nonviolent communication... addressing health and our relationship with ourselves, others, and the environment in a holistic manner. The rates of depression, anxiety, and suicides are increasing among European youth. Lifestyles are becoming increasingly sedentary, disconnected from the cycles of nature, from ancestral and traditional medicine, and also from their bodies and emotions. On the other hand, social relationships are becoming more tense, more polarized, and fewer spaces for encounter and dialogue are being created. We are deeply concerned about the climate situation and the future prospects that science warns of collapse or collapses. Therefore, we believe that a comprehensive approach is necessary, and we seize the opportunities of the Erasmus+ program to share concerns and strategies for mental, physical, social, emotional, and natural well-being with other young people from other countries. We want to create a proposal that addresses youth health from a bio-psycho-emotional-social-ecological perspective. Our objectives are: - Create a diverse, inclusive space for co-learning and coexistence with an intersectional perspective. - Explore and jointly promote holistic health, whether mental, physical, emotional, social, or environmental. - Rethink consumption habits and care practices, and integrate healthier daily practices. - Improve the health perspective of participants. - Foster consensus, intercultural dialogue, active participation, and nonviolent communication. - Support and raise awareness of Tanquián eco-farm and its five hectares of sustainable management as an outdoor educational space. - Raise awareness about climate change and the actions we can take to mitigate it. - Create at least 6 dissemination activities in the participating communities of the exchange and promote holistic health practices through the Erasmus+ program.
