There are four main objectives in this project, and for clarity in their evaluation, we have planned specific objectives. Our approach to achieving these goals is based on non-formal education activities. Objective (1): Understand the causes and effects of youth unemployment in the European Union (1.1) Analyze the causes of youth unemployment. (1.2) Evaluate the effects of youth unemployment on society. To address this objective, research activities and discussions focused on the underlying causes of youth unemployment and its long-term impacts on society will be carried out. Different potential solutions will also be explored and debated. Objective (2): Empower young people to develop and expand their skills for more and better opportunities (2.1) Identify key skills for employment in different industry sectors. (2.2) Develop strategies for personal and professional growth. This objective will be achieved through practical workshops, small group mentoring sessions, and activities that help participants identify and improve specific skills needed in today's job market. Objective (3): Support and instruct in the search for opportunities to gain work experience through the various volunteer programs offered by the Erasmus+ program (3.1) Explore job and volunteer opportunities offered by programs like ESC and Erasmus+. (3.2) Analyze how to participate and make the most of these different volunteer programs. In this case, networking sessions with professionals, visits to local companies that already offer these programs, and the search for opportunities to participate in volunteer projects that provide participants with experience in their areas of interest will be conducted. Objective (4): Motivate the creation and development of entrepreneurial ideas for participants to start their own businesses (4.1) Foster an entrepreneurial mindset. (4.2) Design a simplified business development plan. This objective will be addressed through workshops where we will work on the essential development path for shaping a business idea and checking its viability, entrepreneur talks, and activities that inspire and guide young people in the process of developing and implementing their business ideas.
