Objectives

The project "Conflict Resolution through Youth Inclusion" is an exchange project among partner countries of young people promoted by the Enrédate Association. The project is based on the interest of young people participating in partner entities from Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The planned event will take place in Santiago de Compostela from October 7th to 13th, 2024, with the participation of 20 young people aged 18 to 30 (4 per group) and 5 group leaders, 1 person per group. All planned activities will be carried out in a strong intercultural context, using informal working methods and with a high degree of inclusion. The methods used during the implementation of the activities will be based on non-formal learning methods that emphasize the protagonism of the young participants and their constant interaction with the local community. The participation methods used in the implementation of youth exchange activities will be closely related to the objectives to be achieved. The aim is to develop non-formal learning tools that allow participants to understand common European values through practical learning, respect for cultural diversity, the importance of direct experience, active participation, and equal attention so that everyone is equal and inclusive. When carrying out communication activities, the focus will be on clearly defining the contents and developing key competencies to enrich the participants' human capital and the skills and abilities of each individual. This approach will be developed through the following planned activities: - Presentations, exchange of impressions and opinions, group work, seminars, workshops, roundtable discussions, brainstorming activities aimed at studying in depth the project theme and various related aspects. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and debate the research carried out in the preparatory phase, thus comparing the experience of their respective countries and the latest technologies in this field. Each group will present their situation using specific cases and collaborate with other groups to exchange best practices; - Initial, intermediate, and final evaluations, group reflections, organizational and planning meetings among management groups, and daily reviews, these planned activities are designed to carry out the activity in the best possible way and adapt it to the needs and requirements of the participants by communicating with the feedback received from the members. - Vitality, integrated motivation, and entertainment activities to understand each other, create an atmosphere of cooperation, and increase cohesion among participants are a good start to the event and also help participants learn the names of other groups and get to know each other better. They are fun and appropriate for the group size. Motivational activities are useful when participants feel tired, distracted, or have too much or too little energy. They help reduce stress and can be used to complete an activity before starting another. - An activity dedicated to further cooperation, which will act as a continuation of the initiative. Thus, we can see how the project aims to promote common European values and foster respect for cultural diversity among the young participants. It also aims to develop key competencies and individual skills through participatory activities and group reflection. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen cohesion and cooperation among participants through dynamic and motivational activities.
