From the perspective of youth work, by implementing the project, we aim to: -To raise awareness regarding the importance of being an active citizen, being interested and aware of what affects your community and have an active part in the decision making procedures. -To help them understand how the smallest decision have an direct impact in their lives. -To strengthen young people by providing the right tools to be able to defend their ideas and be more self-confident -To increase youth participation in democratic procedures (such as the elections) and to increase their visibility in the municipalities. -To help young people develop skills like leadership, decision-making, critical thinking and public speaking, the ability to interpret media messages, and communication skills. -To promote diversity , respect towards different points of views from people with different backgrounds -To support group-dynamics and cooperation by promoting mutual understanding and intercultural dialogue. -To help them have a better idea by provide tools and information regarding misinformation, the principles of European Union, European parliament structure, principles of Democracy (threats/challenges of liberal democracy), Gender equality, e-voting -To provide them quality learning by promoting open-mindedness and support the development of interpersonal and intercultural skills -To stimulate their interest regarding the principles of European Union, European parliament etc -To promote non formal and gamified approaches in citizen awareness activities
