"Dive Into Your Passions" will involve 36 young people from the following countries: Spain, Turkey, Germany, and Cyprus. It is anticipated that the majority of participants will be unemployed, dissatisfied with their current jobs, or working with unemployed individuals in their daily lives. The main objective of this project is to raise awareness about the importance of enjoying our work for the sake of our health and to share steps to find the ideal job or start one's own business. The project preparation will begin in early June (specifically on 01-06-2024) and will have a total duration of 18 months. The youth exchange will last for 11 days (from October 1st to October 11th, 2024). There will be two days of travel (arrival in Ciudad Rodrigo scheduled for September 30th, 2024, and departure on October 12th, 2024). The project's objectives are as follows: Exchange ideas on integrating young people into local communities, focusing on job opportunities and resource development. Provide young people with tools and knowledge to start a business, including tools like canvas analysis or SWOT analysis to minimize risks. Demonstrate that social inclusion can be approached in unconventional ways. Develop work tools applicable in local communities. Establish a network of young people in Europe through creating a positive atmosphere and connections among participants. Address the daily challenges of unemployment with examples, ideas, and theoretical knowledge during the project. Raise awareness about the importance of including people with fewer opportunities, such as people with disabilities, immigrants, and people living in poverty. Debunk stereotypes about unemployment, such as the belief that the unemployed are lazy or that certain activities cannot be economically viable. Often, it is more effective to address topics like employability and social inclusion from a dynamic perspective as proposed. During the project, participants will learn to develop business ideas, craft resumes, and prepare for job interviews, combining them to achieve their goals. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge by working together to simulate creating a company within the realm of social entrepreneurship. As a result of the project, it is expected that participants will apply the acquired knowledge about the importance of social inclusion through local activities and international projects in their home countries. It is hoped that within a year, each partner organization will be able to carry out the mentioned activities autonomously.
