Primarily the project aims to raise awareness of young people on their human rights through intercultural experience. Human rights is a huge field that will be the umbrella of our project but carried out activities will be connected to specific human rights according to the needs and interests of participants and ongoing issues in their countries. Which are the following: • Freedom of self-development and self-expression • Right to education • Empowerment of women and gender equality • Right to live in a healthy environment • Protection of minors from the dangers of the internet • Human rights during conflicts and long-term effect of those conflicts on future generations Objectives: • Empower participants to express themselves freely, promote a culture of openness, dialogue and diversity • Defend and facilitate access to quality education for everyone, regardless of their social, economic and geographical origin or gender • Promote gender equality, empower young female participants and raise awareness of their opposites by calling out stereotypes and promoting dialogue in different cultural contexts • To raise awareness of the environmental issues we currently face and to promote practice of sustainability through education and community participation • To exchange strategies and resources and generate content to promote online safety • To raise awareness on human rights violations during conflicts, to advocate for the protection of vulnerable populations, and to support efforts of promoting peace, justice and reconciliation
