Through the implementation of this project, the goal is to directly impact the participants and their surroundings in various aspects. The musical and linguistic immersion will immerse young people from both choirs in each other's musical traditions, fostering appreciation for different styles and cultural practices. This perspective promotes global citizenship, tolerance, and openness to cultural differences. Both choirs will be exposed to diverse training methods, vocal techniques, and musical genres to enrich their repertoire, skills, and musical knowledge. The project also aims to deepen the principles of inclusivity and accessibility in musical practices, regardless of participants' background or abilities, raising awareness about existing barriers and reflecting on ways to overcome them. Social integration activities will develop interpersonal skills and a sense of belonging in both their local environments and the European community. Involving young people in all phases of the exchange will enhance their leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills. Active participation empowers young people, builds confidence, and enables them to take responsibility for their learning and future experiences. Promoting the use of digital platforms for rehearsals, discussions, and shared projects, especially in the preparatory phase and as follow-up activities, is also a key focus of the project. Additionally, introducing participants to the Erasmus community aims to make them aware of future opportunities for learning, exchange, and growth.
