Through SEEDS - VOLUNTEERING project we intend to create a space to connect organizations from different geographical areas in contact with the idea of raising awareness of their local realities, the work they carry out and sharing tools and good practices in working with young people with fewer opportunities in volunteering projects. In addition to promoting contact between organizations that do not previously know each other and facilitating work on future projects, activities will be carried out with entities in Asturias, such as a visit to entities that are themselves examples of good practices in Avilés. We will also organize talks on inclusion in Pechakucha format to which we will invite the general public and entities of the Principality. The fundamental idea is to create an informal international network, of quality and with common visions and principles regarding inclusion, which joins the entities that already participated in the 2020 and 2023 editions, with the aim of expand contacts and generate network. With all this, the objectives we set are the following: - Expand contacts between entities that work on volunteer projects for the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. - Facilitate the exchange of good practices and the professional development of workers in the field of youth and inclusion. - Increase the quality of volunteer projects aimed at young people with fewer opportunities. - Contribute to the dissemination and debate around the Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy. - Make visible local entities that stand out in inclusion and volunteering projects. - Give visibility to the work carried out by the organizations that are part of the consortium. - Increase the network of entities belonging to SEEDS
