The transnational youth worker exchange program titled "Voices of Artificial Intelligence in Europe's Rural Areas" aimed to empower facilitators, youth leaders, and activity coordinators involved in international youth work and Erasmus+ projects. Through non-formal education methodologies, the participants strengthened their digital, social, and cultural skills and participated in a series of activities aimed at enriching their abilities and preparing them to contribute to a better world. Our main objectives focused on equipping participants with the necessary skills to effectively use various artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Additionally, we aimed to instill in them the drive needed to create positive changes in their communities and spread their ideas among their fellow youth workers, particularly in rural areas, by taking advantage of the benefits of access to new technologies from their own homes. Through our project, participants introduced new concepts of digital development and tangible projects in their communities and across Europe, with the support of local associations.
