Today's youth are committed to society, but they participate mainly in unconventional ways. And in this context, entities face the challenge of promoting youth participation without sufficient knowledge to adapt our actions and structures to the new reality. That is why we plan this project, to help us work together on the challenges of current youth participation and improve the skills of our teams to face them. To this end, we set ourselves the general objective of improving the competency development of the participants in youth participation, with the following specific objectives: - Establish a shared understanding of the concept of youth participation, analyzing its principles, levels and dimensions. - Define the preconditions for youth participation: how and why young people become active in their communities. - Share different ideas, practices and visions about youth participation in the countries and contexts of the participants. - Explore approaches, instruments and methods for youth participation. - Present Erasmus+ and other opportunities that can support the development and implementation of youth participation actions and create collaboration networks.
