“COMMONication - Empowering Youth Workers through Effective Communication” is a training course created with the aim to enhance youth workers´ professional development and their ability to navigate diverse social and cultural contexts with respect and empathy. The objectives of “COMMONication - Empowering Youth Workers through Effective Communication” are: • To develop effective communication skills such as active listening, intercultural communication, non-verbal communication, non-violent communication and public speaking • To enhance participants' ability to communicate in different contexts and build trusting and meaningful relationships • To increase participants' understanding of different cultural perspectives and communication styles and foster their intercultural awareness • To improve the quality of their youth work activities and • To develop participants´ capacity to work collaboratively with individuals and teams from diverse cultural backgrounds and offer them the opportunity to develop their professional network.
