Taking into account the current challenges caused by the eco-social crisis, Vitaled has sought to be a tool for social action to raise awareness among staff in the field of youth of the close relationship between caring for the Earth and caring for people. That is why, in addition to transmitting the importance of applying an ecofeminist perspective when working with young people, another aspect that we have addressed in Vitaled is leadership, always from a feminist perspective. In this sense, Vitaled has pursued the following objectives: -To raise awareness of gender equality challenges and explore their interconnectivity with the climate crisis through ecofeminism. -To develop a common understanding of the concept of leadership from an ecofeminist perspective. -To share tools and instruments aimed at promoting conscious, ecofeminist leadership among civil society youth groups. To incorporate a cross-cutting ecofeminist perspective into the practice of youth workers. -To explore educational methods that encourage critical thinking and equip participants with non-formal learning tools on ecofeminism. -To exchange experiences and knowledge in the fields of social entrepreneurship, ecology and feminism. -To promote diversity, intercultural dialogue, common values of ecology, freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights.
