The EmpowerNGO project aimed primarily to strengthen the digital competencies of youth organizations and the professionals working in this field, with the goal of adapting to the new forms of interaction, communication, and sociability characteristic of younger generations. In a context where digital technologies play a central role in the daily lives of young people, EmpowerNGO sought to enhance the capacity of youth entities to communicate effectively, increase the visibility of their work, and generate greater impact within their communities. The implementation of the project also aimed to promote digital inclusion, facilitate access to training and professional opportunities, and contribute to the development of more connected and participatory environments, aligned with the European Union's digital strategies. The main objectives of the project were: - To train youth workers in the effective use of digital tools, supporting their adaptation to the technological environments in which young people currently operate; - To increase the online visibility of participating youth organizations, promoting recognition of their work and facilitating access to resources, strategic partnerships, funding, and growth opportunities; - To foster the acquisition of digital skills among young people, with the aim of improving their employability, digital inclusion, and active participation in social and community life; - To promote cooperation among organizations, institutions, and key stakeholders, encouraging the exchange of best practices and the strengthening of working networks at both local and international levels; To contribute to the objectives of the Digital Agenda for Europe, the EU Youth Strategy, and the European Alliance for Digitalising Education, ensuring that the actions of the EmpowerNGO project were aligned with the strategic priorities of the European framework on youth digitalization.
