The initiative to carry out this project arises from the imperative need to provide accessibility to enriching opportunities for those young people who require additional support to immerse themselves in transformative experiences. The underlying belief is that this opportunity can have a significant impact on young people's personal and social development. From a personal perspective, the experience offers the possibility of improving emotional resilience by exposing participants to situations that go beyond their usual comfort zone. Additionally, the project aims to cultivate the social skills of young people by immersing them in a new social environment, where they must coexist for several days in unconventional circumstances and where they will have the opportunity to get to know new cultures. The fundamental objectives of the project revolve around the creation of a safe environment that provides young people with a propitious space to actively participate in a different and challenging experience. In this sense, the project aims to empower young people to take a leading role in their own experiences, thus facilitating their personal growth and development. This approach seeks to generate a deeper and lasting impact on the lives of young people, providing them with the necessary tools to face future challenges with confidence and autonomy.
