Most of the young people we work with have not had the opportunity to travel around Europe or even Spain. We want to provide young people with tools for their personal and professional development, including the opportunity to travel and get to know Europe. Travel fosters autonomy, decision-making and planning, essential skills for the daily life and future of young people. Moreover, travel is a unique opportunity to strengthen the bond with young people, to better understand their reality and to respond to their present and future needs. Having done an interrail last year and having one to do in July 2024, the young people of the environment know the type of trip that their acquaintances are doing and the desire, motivation and the perception that they are capable of doing it is being generated. The organisation is adopting more and more knowledge in the realisation of these trips, but we still have a lot to learn.
