The project aimed to strengthen staff members’ professional and pedagogical competences, digital skills, service design expertise, and responsible working practices. The project sought to introduce new teaching methods, enhance internal knowledge sharing, and support ethical approaches within the organization. Through mobility activities, the project aimed to improve the quality and accessibility of teaching and to better respond to the diverse needs of learners in the future.
Wellamo-opisto is an adult education provider operating in seven municipalities. Its development work focuses on strengthening digital pedagogy and service design, promoting responsible practices, and applying ethical guidelines that support non-discriminatory and equal teaching practices. Changing operating environment requires continuous competence development. EU mobility activities support staff members’ pedagogical and digital competences and contribute to the overall quality of teaching.
