This accreditation included one activity: a mobility project for youth workers. Regarding youth worker mobility projects, Nuorten Ystävät aims to develop the competence of youth workers and foster international cooperation. This goal especially applies to those working with young people who have fewer opportunities. Working with youth involved in Nuorten Ystävät’s activities requires continuous exploration and the discovery of new operational models. We have found international cooperation to be one of the most important ways to achieve this goal.
