1. Create empowering activities for young people with activities that give them tools, experiences and power to get involved. By having a salutogenic (health-promoting) perspective and starting from KASAM (Sense of Context) where comprehensibility, manageability and meaning become important parts, the activities become empowering and counteract, for example, loneliness and isolation. The starting point is the young people's own ideas and participation. 2. Give young people a chance to develop active values and not just opinions, make young people feel that they can contribute and make a difference for others, feel better and become actors in both their own lives and in society. 3. To build bridges between organizations, young people and countries as both a tool and a goal to help strengthen individuals and society. 4. Let young people experience community, joy and challenges that strengthen themselves and the group. 5. The project can highlight the importance of quality-based youth work and the value of the European/international dimension for development. Only through cooperation and understanding can we address the challenges that young people face today and in the future. Cooperation, exchange of experiences and evaluation of the opportunities of the third sector are important in combating loneliness and ill health, among other things. 6. We did not plan to do study visits for leaders in the project, but when we saw that it was possible it was arranged so that three leaders could go on professional development exchanges.
