Objectives

By implementing this project, we wanted to strengthen the quality of youth work in our organisation through international cooperation and professional development. The project was closely linked to the objectives of our Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation. One of our main objectives was to strengthen the competences of youth workers by providing opportunities for international learning and the exchange of good practices. We wanted participants to gain new knowledge, practical tools, and ideas that could be used directly in their everyday work with young people. Another important objective was to strengthen existing partnerships and build new international cooperation. Through cooperation with organisations from other countries, we wanted to exchange experiences, learn from each other, and create a foundation for future projects. The project also aimed to increase intercultural understanding and broaden participants' perspectives on youth work in different European contexts. Through the ICDP training course, we wanted to strengthen participants' competences in relational youth work and provide practical methods for supporting children and young people. The study visit to Eislingen aimed to deepen our understanding of youth work in Germany, exchange good practices, and explore possibilities for future cooperation.
