There are many reasons to carry out this project. The most important reason is that it´s really wanted and waited by youngsters, thanks to successful follow-up after the previous project. Joining the projects that aim at better understanding of different ways of living and noticing all good around them and be more grateful of things that they already have. At the same we want them to improve their self-knowledge, identify their super power and think further how they and people nearby can benefit from them. We also want them to see how much the joy of shared passion affects for one´s satisfaction of life. In 2021 we created the long-term plan for northernmost volleyball youngster (Inari, Utsjoki, Sodankylä) teams to support their future skills with help of their important hobby. We have had long-term connections to some organizations who are working in the youth sport field, and for this specific youth exchange we chose Croatian volleyball club because of pretty similar interests, but our expertises are from different sides; Vasatokka at the top of diverse youth work and Croatian team as youth sport experts. We feel that we can fullfil each other. We have already carried out one youth exchange (that belongs to this Volley goes - series) in Vasatokka (called Volley goes rural), and now it´s time to write another two-part-project; Volley goes global and Volley goes wellbeing. Emphasis in the becoming parts will be formed according to the interests of particular youngster group.
