The main objective of the project was to empower youth workers by developing their skills in empathy, effective and non-violent communication, with the ultimate goal of promoting inclusion and acceptance of diversity within their local communities and organisations. We aimed to offer participants a meaningful learning experience based on non-formal education methods, enabling them to communicate with greater understanding, respect, and sensitivity toward the young people they work with. Through the project, we also aimed to build a network of cooperation among organisations and foster the exchange of good practices.
