The project sought to strengthen educators’ use of participatory and transformative learning methods that mobilised learners for transition-related action. It aimed to enhance educators’ resilience and their capacity to transmit practices supporting psychosocial well-being, especially for disadvantaged learners. Another key goal was to consolidate our trainer network, improving its coherence, mutual support, and strategic impact.
