Our aim was to strengthen learners’ linguistic, intercultural, and civic skills through European mobilities while fostering solidarity engagement. For staff, the goal was to improve pedagogical, organisational, and language competences through job shadowing and structured courses. The project also sought to broaden our European network and professionalise the association.
ALMA GAMA promotes adult education through non-formal learning fostering inclusion, interculturality, and citizenship. The “Let’s Go!” project addressed the need to strengthen learners’ and staff’s skills through mobilities in Greece, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Germany, and Sweden. It expanded our European network and enhanced the association’s openness and professionalisation.
