Objectives

Our goal was to enable apprentices to undertake mobility for internship purposes in Europe with the aim of: ● Enriching their professional practices and thus improving their employability; ● Developing their adaptability to changes in professions; ● Developing their linguistic and intercultural skills; ● Improving their professional behavior through the acquisition and/or strengthening of transversal skills, notably self-esteem and motivation.

Background

The Aeronautical and Space Campus has been developing training programs in its fields since its opening in 2021. The project was developed for apprentices of the Vocational High School in Aeronautics and Space (new training created in French Guiana) with the opening of an aeronautical high school in October 2026 with few technical facilities. Teachers (either aeronautical mechanics trying their hand at teaching, or outsiders) must develop their skills in aeronautical training.
