The aims of the E&P project is to promote the professional integration of trainees in the field of international solidarity and thus contribute to generational renewal within international solidarity (IS), while strengthening partnerships between IS organisations.
Echanges et Partenariats (E&P) is a training organisation set up in 2003 to strengthen partnerships between French and international organisations working in the field of international solidarity, and to meet the training needs of the younger generation wishing to become involved in projects to bring about social change and to anchor their professional careers in the field of international solidarity.
