As mentioned earlier, the main challenge for our school was to open a window on the world and propose a cultural and civic-minded openness to encourage our pupils to open up and develop their sense of belonging to a European community. Furthermore, we wanted our pupils to strengthen their professional and digital skills as well as their self-esteem, autonomy and foreign language abilities.
Situated in a rural area in north Dordogne, the vocational education team prepared and led an Erasmus + project in order to solve some difficulties encountered by the pupils following the vocational program in health and social care or business services such as hardships opening up to different cultures, mobility and professional projection. This geographical and social context urged the team to offer a mobility related to theses objectives : future prospects, citizenship, health and culture.
